Is Krissy involved directly, or is it handed to a team?
Krissy leads every client engagement directly. Every call, every strategy, every financial review that's Krissy. The VA team handles execution tasks (Canva, inbox, Trello, file management, admin) under Krissy's coordination and quality control. You always have one point of contact: Krissy.
Does The Bridge Method replace my accountant?
No and it's not designed to. The Bridge Method sits alongside your accountant and makes their job easier (and your conversations with them far more productive). Krissy is the bridge between you and the professionals, not a replacement for them.
Are the retainers refundable?
Retainers are a commitment they are non-refundable. This protects the client as much as it protects Krissy: the work done in month one (bookkeeping catch-up, software setup, bank account restructuring) has real, permanent value regardless of what comes next. The CEO Audit ensures both parties are the right fit before any retainer begins.
Can I add services on top of my retainer?
Absolutely. All add-ons (social media content, ads management, podcast production, video editing, inbox management, and more) are available to any retainer client at discounted rates. You add what you need, when you need it and remove it when you don't. No lock-in on add-ons beyond a quarterly minimum.
Can you build our funnels, landing pages, and email sequences for us?
Yes and this is one of the most popular add-ons. We build complete funnels inside Ivorey (GHL) landing pages, thank you pages, email nurture sequences, automation logic, payment link connections, and CRM pipeline setup.
